MECHANICAL TOOL ROOM

          The facility is equipped with most modern and almost all purpose machines and instruments such as CNC Lathes & Milling machines, Grinding machines, Shaper,  3-Dimensional milling machine, Spark erosion machine, Radial drilling machine , 63 ton & 25 ton presses, CNC Injection molding machine, Precision measuring and quality control instruments etc. Services of all these machines are available to the entrepreneurs at a nominal service charge . Short term Training on CNC lathe/milling machines, computer aided design (CAD)  for mechanical tools, CNC Injection molding machine, NC Tool room milling machine, spark  erosion machine and pentograph etc. is available in this facility. Long term training of one year duration namely "Post diploma in tool engineering " and  " Tool room practice" are also conducted. These training programs have been widely recognized by the industry. The facility is also available to the entrepreneurs for carrying out regular production activities at a nominal service charge.

(xiii) Metal Heat Treatment. (Hardening,Tempering & Annealing)
(xiv) Coining, Blanking, Piercing and Bending.
(xv) Design and fabrication of mechanical machines.
(xvi) Injection moulding.

Major Equipment/Machines available :

         Specialised training programmes such as Post Diploma in Tool Engineering, Tool Room Practice, AUTO CAD, Tool & Die design/ manufacturing, CNC machine oprations & Programming etc are conducted regularly in this workshop.
