          ESTC is operating under the administrative control  of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India.  ESTC's  Governing  Council  is headed by  Development  Commissioner (MSME),  Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises   as  its  Chairman.  Sh. Amarendra Sinha, Additional Secretary  is  the  Chairman, ESTC  at  present. Shri Madhav Lal is the Secretary, Ministry of MSME.
